Feng Shui Hooray’s First Thursday of the Month club will be answering the below questions tonight at 7:00 at the Wild Boar Café that will help you to bring feng shui into your life to support you with sleep.  Join us if you can. I will most likely be downstairs tonight.  Amanda Finch

*The bedroom is one of the most important rooms of the home as this is where we restore our bodies every night. In feng shui this room is used primarily for sleep or love.  Items that do not have to do with sleep or love have no place in the bedroom. See my blog on Feng Shui for love. In part it discusses decorating a bedroom for love.  This blog is primarily concerned with sleep in the bedroom.  Properly setting up a bedroom to promote sleep using feng shui will result in a clean, relaxing (not flashy) functional environment that is stimulation free, comfortable and inviting. This will help the occupant go to sleep easier and be able to better recharge their bodies on a consistent basis.

Bed position:

Fresh flowers in the bedroom are lovely, and toss them the moment they begin to wilt.
